Have you ever had problem in your wordpress blog in which sometimes you see blank homepage in wordpress as no post is there and wordpress dashboard shows 0 posts.
Most of the times it is due to error in the database of your site. You can solve the error by repairing your database.
Ways to repair your wordpress database :
PhpAdmin:
Got to the PhpMyadmin of your site through your Cpanel and then open the database you want to repair . If a database table is having problem then it won’t show the number of entries in it,else it would show that in use or something similar.
Then select the Wordpres Table you want to repair,for this case it would be wp_posts as shown below and then select repair from there and then click on the Go button and your wordpress table will be repaired and your site will start functioning again.
By using Plugin:
You can also use a plugin to solve your wordpress blog 0 posts error, plugin is called Database Manager ,it also does the same thing . But I prefer doing the manual way through PhpMyadmin .

This certainly is not something we as blogger wants to wake up to sounds very scary but you have highlighted a simple fixed will bear this is mind by the way the theme looks good.

Thanks for this very useful post. When something like this happens, we tend to get so tensed that we search for a solution like mad. This post will come handy if I face this problem any day (I hope it won’t happen to me).
