They are so hopeless that the DNS are not set up on all the vps either. In over a month!!!! They do not read support requests and they certianly do not do everything that needs to be done to get a situation finished. Support are Rude and cannot help you with anything above the basics. Do not use if you are going to be spending money on your vps hosting.
