Twitter is a social networking and microblogging service that allows its users to send and read other users’ updates (known as tweets), which are text-based posts of up to 140 characters in length. You can recieve twitter updates via twitter homepage,RSS,SMS or using third party applications like Facebook,Twittermobile etc.
When it comes to technology, Twitter has a lot to offer. Aside from the typical business, such as Dell, that is trying to hold their own on the micro-blogging networking, there are many people that talk about technology and what they love about it. Here’s a list of 5 Twitter Techers – people who live, breath, and tweet tech.
5. @thurrott – Paul Thurrott is a twitter techer that is also the founder of a windows supersite (http://www.winsupersite.com/). What he tends to tweet about: usually Windows, but he tweets about a mix of everything tech. You can follow him at (http://twitter.com/thurrott).
4. @jsnell - If we had a windows tweeter, we have to have a Mac tweeter. Jason Snell is the editorial director of Macworld, a popular Apple news website. What he tends to tweet about: Apple products, random things. You can follow him at (http://twitter.com/jsnell).
3. @Rafe – For those interested in technology on the web, such as Web 2.0, Rafe Needleman is the one to follow. He is the Editor at Webware , a news website for things on the web. What he tweets about: Web 2.0, flash games, other random things. You can follow him at (http://twitter.com/Rafe).
2. @Padmasree – Padmasree is probably one of the highest ranking executive you’ll find on Twitter. She is the CTO (Chief Technical Officer) at Cisco, a lead supplier of network equipment and technologies. What she tweets about: just about anything tech, and, of course, random things. You can follow her at (http://twitter.com/Padmasree).
1. @harrymccracken – Founder of Technologizer (http://technologizer.com/), a technology blog, Harry McCracken is coming in at first in our list. Technologizer is a blog with everything tech – reviews, news, and more. Many posts are written by Harry himself, but there are always a few guest posts floating around. What he tweets about: lots of tech, and (if you didn’t see it coming), random things). You can follow him at (http://twitter.com/harrymccracken).
This concludes our list of the top 5 Twitter Techers. These people seem to post the most relevant tech information. There might be other, bigger names in technology, but I was aiming for a list that will actually provide you with information if followed. I like to use Twitter for learning things – usually from news or blog posts that people tweet about.
Thanks for reading! If you have any suggestions for a better top Twitter Techer, or any questions, please leave a comment!

Mark,It’s not Google’s fault that there’s not a proper app. ,
Perhaps one voted no because one actually preferred a more honestly socialist response, in which the federal government nationalized these banks or their transactions, and thus made voters not just indirect beneficiaries of any money that might be recouped though the recovery of Wall Street banks, but actual owners of the assets in question themselves. ,
I like your site, my boyfriend e-mailed me the link for me to read. You seem like you know what you’re talking about, thanks
