Top 10 ways to share an online article/Blog Post

I say, “If you have got it, you need to share it!”… in this age of information coming from every direction you need to filter out them and if you think you have a url (link) to an amazing article or blog post you just need to tell it to the world. The question at this point would be how?
1. Twitter
One of the fastest way to share a blog post is to tweet about it, if it is really worth a read it may spread virally.
The retweet feature and URL shorteners really help in this pursuit.
2. Facebook, MySpace and Orkut
Social networking sites are the most easiest way to let your friends know about an interesting blog post.
3. LinkedIn
Not all blog posts should be shared at LinkedIn. However, some blog posts are worthy of being shared by your business network on LinkedIn. Post a link to the Network Updates area in the homepage.
4. Digg, Delicious, Reddit and FriendFeed
You can digg the URL, bookmark to Delicious for not only sharing posts, but for helping categorize blog posts for others to find. In addition, you can import your delicious bookmarks to Facebook, FriendFeed, and other social media websites. Using the FriendFeed bookmarklet to quickly share a good blog post to FriendFeed is a nice experience. Reddit is quick and easy to submit a link
5. Reblogging
Just like retweeting, reblogging about a great article is one of the best ways to engage with the topics being discussed. Post a link, write some commentary, and share it with all of your readers. Now, you can also publicize your blog post.
6. StumbleUpon
StumbleUpon is one of most interesting and addictive new tools on the Web. When you go into the website of Stumbleupon.com you will notice a button saying “stumble”. All you need to do is to click the button and you will be asked for the topics that you are mostly interested in. Now here is the way to use it>>Stumble the post! StumbleUpon is a favorite network for discovering fun websites and useful information, so make sure that you give the post a thumbs up. The StumbleUpon Toolbar is the easiest way to Stumble.
7. Google Reader
Google reader is widely used by many netizens to keep track of their favourite websites. If you use Google Reader as your news reader of choice, all you have to do is click the “share” button at the bottom of blog posts to share it.
8. Tumblr or Posterous
You want to share something but don’t want to write a full blog post on it, there are great options for that as well, primarily Tumblr and Posterous. They are the quick and easy versions of full-fledged blogs.
9. TwitThat, Shareaholic Firefox Extension and Ping.fm
TwitThat will post to your Twitter quickly and easily. Just add the bookmarklet to your browser toolbar and click it whenever you come across a great post.
Shareaholic is an extension that goes on your toolbar. It provides quick links for sharing to all of the major social networks.
Ping.fm links to all of your social networks and sends your updates to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, to any other website you wish to link to it. You can even update from your instant messenger. It’s the perfect solution for those who like to share content all over the web.
10. Email, Changing IM Statuses, Text messages and offline conversations.
This is most ignored by netizens, they forget that there is life outside internet too! You also need to interact with real people about your blog and offline/online life.
