His discovery of the basic laws of gravity was wonderful for giving us the ability to explore other planets. However, for owners of the most popular U.S. pet, Sir Isaac Newton will be forever praised as the inventor of the cat flap. Without the cat flap, we would be doormen rather than roommates.

Incredible what your research throws up, never new about Sir Isaac inventing the cat flap?
One day gravity…the next…the cat gets the key to the front door!
