ShutDown your System when CPU gets heavily loaded
Mar 26th, 2009 | By theworldwinner | Category: tipsI found this nice freeware CPULoad which helps in shutting down PC when the CPU is heavily loaded.CPUOff monitors average CPU load and initiates computer shutdown if the CPU load has been below a specified percentage for the specified time. It can be initiated either manually or automatically via the Windows Task Scheduler.

Uses of CPUOff include unattended backup, shutting down the computer when the backup has completed. It can be started via the Windows Task Scheduler, on start up or manually to allow the computer to shutdown automatically once a CPU intensive task has completed. CPUOff is a great little utility for saving energy by making sure a computer shuts down when it has finished an unattended task.
This works in Windows XP/Vista.
