Even with the Folder options configured to show hidden files, there are super hidden files that you still can’t see.
To view them:

1. Start Regedit

2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ Advanced

3. In the right hand panel, scroll to SuperHidden

4. Change the value to 1

5. Reboot
