How to view hidden files and folders in Windows 7

How to view hidden files and folders in Windows 7? This question was asked to me by someone yesterday so thought of posting about it. This tip is for newbies only.

Just follow following simple steps :

1) Click on Start  &  Open Control Panel.

2) Go to Folder Options.

3) Click on view tab.

4) Check “Hidden files and folders: Show all files and folders”.

5) Uncheck “Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)

6) Click “Apply” and then “OK”.

It is so simple.
