Streaming in vlc 0.9.2 and above

1. Go to media select streaming or press ctrl+s

2. If u want to stream a netwrok stream, go to network tab and put in the ip with http mode.

3. Click stream

4. Set the output parameters:

• Play file locally -yes plays the stream output in same vlc

• Give ur ip in HTTP

• Next set the encapsulation to asf/wmv , video as mpeg-2 and audio as mp3

• Select the two options below and stream.
