Streaming in vlc 0.9.2 and above
1. Go to media select streaming or press ctrl+s
2. If u want to stream a netwrok stream, go to network tab and put in the ip with http mode.
3. Click stream
4. Set the output parameters:
- Play file locally -yes plays the stream output in same vlc
- Give ur ip in HTTP
- Next set the encapsulation to asf/wmv , video as mpeg-2 and audio as mp3
- Select the two options below and stream.
