Lot of times you need image of smaller size for applying online. I got stuck while applying for Smart Card for my college IIT Kharagpur as it needed image of size 15 kb only and the pic I had was of around 100 kb. Best Part is that you can compare the quality of the two pics and original one and the output picture and you can slide the slider to check the image quality of the output picture.It is a portable software and you just need to extract the files and you are ready to reduce your image size without much loss of quality.
