How to make incompatible addons compatible in firefox 3.0.10

When one of my upgraded to firefox 3.10 he faced the similar problem so here’s the solution towards using incompatible firefox addons in newer version of firefox.
- Go to the address bar and type about:config
- Hit enter and then add a new boolean value extensions.checkCompatibilty and set the value to false .
- Restart your firefox.
- Now check your addons,they are activated but those who are incompatible with your firefox version will show an exclamatory mark.
- Enjoy.
