Open regedit, then go to :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Win
dows\CurrentVersion\Policies\
Explorer
Explorer
create a new DWORD value NoFolderOptions
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
and set the value to 0.
reboot or log off and see whether u can see it.
