I tried to format my acer emachines e725 into xp but after the bootable checking the computer it show a blue screen of death. Can you help me on this problem? Thank You!

So, what do you want to do? Format your hard drive and install a new operating system?

if you want to install new Operating system then just insert the installation disk and run the installer again . Any bootable disk will format your computer. If you don't have XP CD with you then you can try any linux version like Ubuntu and then format the whole hard drive.

If you want to solve the BSOD or Blue screen of death then try these things too:

make sure all Windows Updates are installed
goto your system manufacturer's web site and install driver updates
