Gmail is certainly turning out to be the best Email service provider online. Ever Since its birth in April 1, 2004; Gmail is getting better and better, every day, in every way. Google recently launched some new features in Gmail Labs, which are not known to many of the Gmail users. In this post I will let you know some of the features that make Gmail unique among the rest of the free Email service providers in and around.

Offline: Offline Gmail is one of the widely used features in Gmail Labs; this feature brings your Email Inbox to life even after your internet connection is lost. Once you enable this feature, you can access your inbox through your browser. However it requires installation of Google Gears to turn on this feature.

Superstars: I don’t know why people don’t use this feature!! Superstars feature shows star icons just before your mail subject, with which you can categories your emails with a single click of your tiny little mouse. I use this often to categories spam emails from the rest of the emails.

Sender Time Zone: This is a latest feature that is launched recently by Google, which will display “Time Zone” of your friend or the sender of the email. This is a really cool feature for those who have good friends abroad.

Undo Send: I just love to use this feature in fact I use it most often in my day to day life; this feature enables you to stop the message that is under processing after hitting the send button. You will find a cancel link while the message is being sent; you can cancel the mail at any point before the mail is actually sent to your receiver.

Add any gadget by URL: Last but not the least comes my favorite feature, let me explain you why! People find lots of useful gadgets out there in the internet. If you like a gadget and want to add it to your Gmail just drag one, into your Gmail by adding the URL of the gadget that you want to display; your gadget will be displayed only in the left column of your Gmail account.

Hope you liked this article!! Any comments, suggestions, feedback are appreciated!!
