When installing packages in Android SDK for Windows 7 you might have got this error :

Downloading Documentation for Android SDK, API 9, revision 1
File not found: C:\Program Files\Android\android-sdk-windows\temp\docs-2.3_r01-linux.zip (Access is denied)

You got this error because the Android SDK manager is inside the C:\Program Files folder and you need administrator access to use that . So, whenever you start Android SDK Manager.exe just right click on it and run it as an administrator .
